I learned this from a recipe website when I am crunched I put 3 9x13 pans in front of me. 15 minutes of prep max and you get a whole main course.
1) Some sort of Chicken
2) Rice
3) A vegetable that my kids will eat.
I season each one, put them all in the oven at the same time and same temp.
This, plus the imagine soup in a box and either buying fish like lox or making a quick side of salmon its a really easy dinner.
Then lunch is cholent, a green salad I can make on shabbos itself, and the fish from the night before.

If you're short on time and want to make gefilte fish, let it defrost for a few minutes, slice, and bake. Can add spices on top if you want but not necessary. I think it's usually done in 30 minutes.

Chicken soup: chicken, baby carrots, onions in pot or instapot. Let it cook a long time and then add frozen herbs.
Chicken on the bone with bbq sauce poured on, bake.
Wash and Half or quarter potatoes or sweet potatoes (don't peel), spice and oil, roast at 400 for a bit over an hour.
Roasted green beans or broccoli.
Package of deli.
Prewashed lettuce for a salad.
