By nature I get nervous very easily. It blows over quick, but it happens very often.
DH has the same nature.
Kids by nature are loud and messy and demanding (and lovable).
No matter how many techniques I know of and regrets I have. I cannot remain calm in the chaotic moments.
I feel like I owe it to my kids to be a calm mom.
I heard about the 'magic' of CBD oil, but I'm afraid to take it.
Has anyone had experience with it?

I guess the advertisements are too good to be true.
Have you found a different solution?

CBD oil has helped my husband alot. He used to vape it, then he stopped vaping so he takes the capsules. It works for him. He used to get stressed and nervous alot, now it still happens occasionally, but it's definitely more rare. He takes it each morning the same way I take my vitamins.
Hope this helps.

It's a vitamin. Any health food store sells it.

Were you taught breathing techniques?
Or did you get to the root of your nervousness?

No. Just follow the dosage on the bottle. Just make sure it's pure inositol not a combo of something else too.

I was reading reviews last night and people with pcos mostly had good things to say but a few people said they had longer heavier periods on it so now I’m worried about trying it.
