I just take the massive portobello burgers remove the fan bc I've heard it could be infested. Marinate it for 15 min in evoo, balsamic Vin, salt pepper amd thyme. Then fry it. Put in a hamburger bun with sliced Tom amd mayo and sliced cheese that melts from the burger being hot. It's so good
