The nutri supreme is supposed to be the best according to issac from refua pharmacy In Lakewood. (He’s officially the expert)
It’s usually in the refrigerator section you can probably find it in any Jewish pharmacy.
It’s a little on the pricey side but the only thing that works for me.

Try to find ones that are naturally fermented. The ingredients should be just cabbage and salt
