Here's one:
Tova's Mousse Pie
melt together:
8 oz. Creamer
13 oz. fluff
1 cup chocolate chips
Beat 16 oz whip topping. Mix with the melted chocolate mixture. Pour into crust and freeze.]
(I'm fairly certain that this makes 2 pies, so you can try halving the recipe, depending on what size whip topping and creamer you have).

Thanks! This looks nice and easy. Do you think I can refrigerate it instead of freezing, so it will be more mousee-like and less like ice cream?

What is Creamer and what is fluff?

This is my own recipe.
Chocolate pudding cooked with 1 1/2 c pareve milk instead of 2 cups, so it is thicker.
Pour into pie shell and refrigerate.
Before serving, top with whipped cream

Imamother Choc Mousse Pie
a la AussieGal and Chocolate Moose
Homemade crust
bag of Duplex (oreo style) cookies, any size or flavor
Crush all cookies in food processor and spread out in 2 or three 8 inch pie crusts or 4 by 5 pans.....or Tupperware containers. Save about 1/3 to decorate top with.
Melt:
bag chocolate chips
4 sticks margarine, melted
Add:
4 cups confectionary sugar
8 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
and mix very well. Pour into your pans. Freeze.
Whip up a (triangle) dessert whip. Shake in confectionary sugar while whipping (optional). Spread on top. Freeze.
Add the rest of the cookie crumbs on top if you like.
