Are there any stores having really good sales with these type of prices for past season shabbos clothes for my teen? I know about Junee’s, I’m wondering if anyone else has sales that cheap.

Go to the teen section and sort by price. Some dresses even cheaper than $30.

Shell station has their dresses on sale for 24 & 28 (iirc). Not a lot of styles but simple, nice dresses in a bunch of colors.
