What can we do at a small bas mitzvah party in our house other than eating and a craft? Something to take up about half an hour. She's not into dancing.

Bingo or something like that. Design your own bingo cards with pictures of things that your daughter likes. Each time you select an item, someone has to say how it’s connected to your daughter. Or, play the game who knows (daughter) best. Everyone gets a worksheet to circle answers and whoever wins gets a prize. Together the 2 could take 20 min or more if you stretch them.

We just made a bat mitzva for DD in our house:
Activities were:
Dvar torah by my husband.
Dvar torah by bat mitzva girl.
Dvar torah by my father in law.
Song about bat mitzva girl, written by me, sang by all the cousins.
Short slideshow of photos of the bat mitzva girl growing up, made by my sister.
Bat mitzva girl did hafrashat challa (dough prepared earlier by me) - then whoever wanted to, came to the kitchen to make challa rolls.
Each activity took about 3 mins. In between each thing was eating and chatting (for ~ 15 mins).
Whole thing took about 1.5 hrs.
Alternatively you could squash it all into a 1/2 hr as a time filler.
