Some buy a large toaster oven that can fit a 9 x 13 pan.

Yes, done it for years. No gas cooktop either, I use those electric burners.
Between a Betty Crocker, two crockpots , and two electric burners we manage for a week. Its not easy though.I hope I get extra schar.

I used just burners and pots for a few years. You have to plan a menu but it's doable.

You can’t. We went without cakes and cookies for a week, and kugel was made in a frying pan.

You can, but a toaster oven will make your life a LOT easier. I have a toaster oven, a stove and a crockpot and I get by just fine - I'm thinking about adding an instant pot but really not necessary. My first year making Pesach I just had a burner and tiny toaster oven and that was fine too just took longer.

Kugel in a frying pan is way better. My family begs me to make it all year but it’s more work and being that we’re so limited anyway I’m happy to save one specialty for pesach. We use very very few ingredients.
For desserts we have apple compote, homemade ices or ice cream, lots of fresh fruit, homemade glazed nuts, poached pears, “baked apples” in the crockpot, blintzes with sugar and nut crunch inside, can’t remember what else but I think there’s more.

Did it once, it's doable, but I wouldn't recommend unless you really don't have a choice. It helped that we weren't home for the sedarim that year.

Kugel can also be made in the crock pot (it’s yummm) and the Betty Crocker (also delicious, like pan fried)

It's hard, but doable. You have to take into account much more time for the cooking.
I use a wonder pot for cakes. Kugels too, but we like the kugels better from a regular pot or pan.

A few years ago some people were talking about the wonder pot, I had no idea what they meant so I googled it.
I found a pot that you can boil water in it while recharging your cell phone, I did not think that is what the women were talking about.

I grew up without an oven for Pesach and my first few years I made Pesach the same way. You can literally do a ton of cooking on the stove top. The only thing I couldn’t do was bake cakes and cookies . I also couldn’t make kugels other than frying potatoes kugel in a pan or making vegetable latkes instead of veg. kugel.
I don’t know how many people you’ll be cooking for . But you need to keep in mind that there are only 4 burners on the stove , so you need to stagger your cooking accordingly . But otherwise, go for it. It’s really not a big deal.
