Wifi is good. The password is the same. I used my roborock 4 times and now it won't work because it's saying the wifi needs to be reset. I pressed the 2 buttons to reset and held it down for 10 seconds but it's not resetting.

Try unplugging the router, wait 20 seconds and plug back in. You'll have to enter the wifi password again but hopefully it'll work.
