DH looking for an OOT (in the US) kollel with a majority of serious, solid learners. Guys who always come on time, and Torah is a real priority. Currently living in Lakewood/yeshivish Any suggestions?

Far Rockaway has a few (not so oot though)
I have a friend thats very Yeshivish who joined a kollel in Boston. They had to sign a three year contract.

You've gotten some great suggestions, but the hard part is getting in. Openings are quite rare, and even when they come up, they are extremely competitive, and unless you know someone there to vouch for you, it can be almost impossible. Have you been in touch with the BMG placement office to get a realistic sense of your options?
