Thanks! I ended up saying that it looks like a great training and I'm sure the company would benefit greatly, but it won't work out for me.

I think none of the workers will be attending. But no one is saying that it's for financial reasons. I wish we would have the guts to do so. It makes us sound like we don't care about the company and are not willing to put in the work. When in reality everyone would love to get this training. Even if they pay a part of it. But no one is saying that...
