Normally I wipe down with a wipe if just a drop dirty, or rinse with soap and water in the sink if more dirty.

I can't do either of those on Shabbos and still trying to figure out a solution...

Wash with soap in the sink. Why can’t you do that on Shabbos?

Does your Rav have children?
Why don’t you ask your Rebbitzen what she does?

Thank you that is a good idea. Which shabbos sponge do you recommend that actually gets the grease off?

Then id clean it as good as you can on shabbat, then id leave it in the sink, with water on it, until after shabbst and then scrub it.

No Shabbos sponge is going to get the grease off. Think about the chemistry.

You said you don’t know the Rebbitzen.
Either what does your mom do, or, if you are a BT-Kol Hakavod, but you do need a female mentor.

Please ask a sheila about whether you can dilute liquid soap with water and use it for washing hands after the bathroom (and the high chair tray) in order to sanitize. You may be surprised at what the Rav says.

I never heard of bubbles being an issue.

I heard of not using solid soap (prohibition against dissolving) and of diluting liquid soap to make it less viscous (so you don't violate the prohibition against spreading).

What is the problem with bubbles?

Can someone explain why you would not be allowed to use soap on shabbat?
