Looking for recommendations for a newborn photographer who comes to the house and is not too expensive.

Devorah Kurtz (big shots photography) not sure her married name is beyond amazing!!! She’s pricey but so worth it! Used her by 2 of my kids in Monsey now she’s moved to Lakewood. She has an endless amount of patience and really makes you feel like your baby is the cutest baby she’s ever seen Wink

Newborn photography is extremely time consuming and difficult. The shoot itself is 3 hours and the editing takes many hours. Also everything gets washed and the set ups are time consuming too. If you don’t want to pay someone for their time take on your phone. 500 is reasonable considering the work. I bet none of you work for less once you break down the cost.

Mini session is $225. You get two pictures and every additional Picture is $75. Unless she went up since I used her a few weeks ago…

They do it for practice while they are learning the trade and the hospital sets the price. While those pictures are ok and beautiful memories of your babies, it’s not remotely the same quality as the photographer linked.

Does the photographer who did your hospital photos have an online portfolio? I'd love to see her work. I've never seen top of the line photography done in hospitals
