There currently aren't any. The last remaining one was closed due to kashrus violations.

Hi there!
I live in Portland.
We have a cafe at the JCC, the Milchigs is Cholov Stam, the pareve food is good. On Tuesday night, they turn into a meat restaurant.

Safeway had a small Kosher food section with a bakery and meat and dairy.
