Are you talking about the CC old cookbook from Forest Hills?
If so I think I have it but won't be able to look until Sunday.

I can’t look until Sunday. I have one cookbook but it doesn’t have the Pesach section. I can’t find the other one. I think my friend might of borrowed it. One of her pages from hers was missing so I think she borrowed mine. If she doesnt have it I’ll get hers and send you the recipe.
I’ll let know Sunday.

1 stick margarine, softened
1 c. Sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. cake meal or potato starch
1/3 c. cocoa or 2 oz. melted baking chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
nuts optional

Mix all ingredients together. Grease 8x8 pan and "flour" with cake meal bake at 350 degrees or until done be careful not to overbake or brownies will be very dry.

Though it was brought to my attention years ago that if you use cocoa, you need a bit more oil.

I've always loved this recipe also. We once did a "Brownie bakeoff" and this was one of the winners.
