In yeshivish communities-
Naomi is normal, not so common
Rus is very uncommon in USA Yeshivish, but I found that it's very common in UK yeshivish- lots of Ruti
Batsheva used to be very uncommon, but very very common since rebbetzin kanievsky, most yeshivish girls' classes 6th grade And lower have at least one batsheva/bassheva/batsheva Esther/shevy from batsheva
I'm so curious as to what crowds you're part of OP.
If you want yiddish names, you can go for meanings like
Kraindel, for kesser Torah

As someone who was raised by bt parents, that was my first thought as well. Maybe this isn't the OP, but for my parents, there was so much focus on fitting in to the point of rejecting totally normal community things if less right wing people did that as well. Ironically it kind of made them more identifiable as bt, because ffb people who felt comfortable in the community didn't have this focus. They're more relaxed within the community.
Otherwise, I'm really curious what community op is in that they don't use Batsheva, Naomi, or Rus.
Anyway, op, bshaah tova and I hope you find a name that you're all happy with!
