Hi. Does anyone hear have experience with AA miles. I have some, but don't know exactly how many. It's enough for 2 regular flights to EY from USA/New York Does anyone know if there are ever specials with the points/miles so I don't have to use up all of the (very few) miles that I do have?
Also, can I do something else with the AA miles?

I don't think there's anything to do but use them for AA flight. Some people sell them, but AA is known for cracking down and trying to catch those who do, so it can be risky.
