One hospital said starting was $43 an hr for new grad residency program. That sounds a little low, no? What should I be expecting in NJ?

I don't live in NJ so not entirely sure, where I live its about $10 less per hour!
According to nurse journal online the average RN salary in NJ is 43.12
I would recommend looking on Indeed and getting a feel for what other employers would offer you

I live in Chicago I find jobs for nurses and I have customers paying that kind of money. That is approx 90k a year. For a first job that is really excellent. Assuming you like all the other aspects of the job I would not consider that too low.

Good idea and really? I didn't calculate how much that would be per year
