How do I know if people can see it when talking to me?

Can anyone post if this is something they notice on ppl and how or why its noticeable?

I only noticed this with myself because I look at my face very closely. Sometimes I tweeze a hair or two and it does hurt a lot. I haven’t noticed this on anyone else. I’m short so I probably get a good view of people’s noses and I haven’t ever noticed a hair issue.
