I need a guidebook that is straightforward or some basic shiurim that I can take notes on on kavannahs to have when davening and order of priority (what to focus on in siddur as the most important for someone who cannot say it all).

I haven't seen it myself but I think I can second it. Also Rabbi Nissel's sefer Rigshei Lev.
And I can definitely second Rav Schwab on Prayer. Don't be intimidated by its length. It's accessible and magnificent.
