How does this not exist anywhere on the Internet or on Pinterest? I had a brilliant idea to "dress up" my wine bottles as a clown but I can't get any sense of how to do it. I searched for water bottle clown crafts, or paper towel clown crafts, but what kind of thing can I easily stick onto a wine bottle? How would you do this? I have about 20 to make and I'd use the small bottles.

Cut out colorful/ tie die piece of paper in shape of clown wig, glue toothpick to the back and stick into cork. Use glue gun to attach small red pompom to front of bottle neck for nose, and three tiny colorful pom poms to body of bottle.
If you want to make a hat I found this where you would attach colorful curling ribbon. Looks cute https://www.firstpalette.com/c......html

Cut colorful dot wrapping paper to the size of the wine label. Wrap around bottle. (You can add 3 buttons going down, but not necessary.)
Shape a clown hat to go over the bottle cap. Once glued together into a cone shape, you can add a few strands of red curly hair if you'd like.
