Time sensitive stuck on the M1

I’m in an Uber alone on the way from the airport since 7:45 this morning stick on the M1.
Desperately need a toilet and water.
Uber driver is acting inappropriately.

Hellllllp. Just want to go home.,

Can someone post a local number? I know in US I’d call Chaverim
Can you just get out at the nearest exit with bathroom/road stop etc? And then start fresh with a different driver?

I called them. Unhelpful.

I’m safe he’s just annoying.

The nearest exit is 3 miles away. We’ve been stuck between the 2 exits for 3 hours. It’s literally a 10 minute drive from my house.

Can you call someone and talk on the phone? Or even pretend to talk to someone so he leaves you alone? Maybe in a different language if he is commenting on your call.

Thanks so much. Bh nightmare is over. I was more scared of the driver than sitting in the traffic. He went on and on how he would marry me tomorrow. And this was almost 4 hours. I don’t get easily frightened but I was very scared then. DH had no way of picking me up without getting stuck with the traffic. And I was after a long flight, thirsty, dirty and very tired. Plus TMI but I needed to use the toilet for about 2 hours I held it in..

There was a woman with 3 kids on her way to take them to school. So I went out of the car to chat with her (felt safer) and then gave her kids some sweets I had brought back for them (she was grateful).

The Uber driver was convinced there was an alien invasion… it turns out a woman was fatal killed about 12 hours before and they were still investigating.

Shortly after we suddenly began to move.

Craziness.

A pedestrian was killed on the M1 slip road near Edgware.
