Looking to host around 30 people for a simcha. I'd look for a space that can accommodate 40 just in case. Mostly a meal type event, no need for dancing space.

I found one such space nearby and I'm curious if the rate is reasonable or I should keep asking around. The price was just to use the room, it doensn't come with tables or cleaning or anything. Empty room, DIY affair.
