You know what people did in the past?
They prepared those ten pieces at home, well wrapped *before Pesach*
You can prepare them months in advance and store them in the freezer. You can even ask your bored kids to prepare them.
Any questions? |
People also washed their laundry at the lake in the past.
I treat myself to a wash machine.
I also treat myself to those prepackaged crumbs.
One tiny way to make my erev pesach easier. It’s really cheap btw. Brilliant idea. The one who thought of it was recently interviewed in the Ami I believe.

Of course it's really cheap, what can bakeries do with old bread crumbs?

To be honest, it was kind of expected that somebody at a certain stage would take the breadcrumbs in a personal way and trying to label me as a bully. Guess my post hurt their ego.

I know of someone who, when seeing these in the store before Pesach, asks the workers if they have them available in whole wheat. : )

There were about 5 men in the aisle, each on the phone with their wives, each looking like they were going to have a mental breakdown. The conversations were comical as they tried to find exactly the color ribbon and size box their wives wanted.
I had to stop myself from laughing out loud! It was hysterical.
What is something funny you saw while shopping? |
Had the same chuckle this morning too! Were you in Rockland Kosher?

Agreed. What's the problem with being lazy for once if it's cheap & convenient? Not that we're lazy, you know we work to the bone for over a month to make pesach happen.
We all had a chuckle when it first came out, but who cares?

I don't know, these kinds of things bother me.
This sign is misleading.
Some people - who are not religious but are trying to buy kosher for Passover food for Pesach - could really make a mistake.

I would make the store management aware.

And you don't need ten slices of bread. You can break one slice into multiple pieces, all you really need is a kezayis total. If that. My neighbor, a real choshuve lady, gave me hers to burn because she was going away. It was literally less than the crumbs I sweep off my challah board after a meal. You could probably break two strands of spaghetti into a few pieces or put out a few flakes of oatmeal, wrapped in paper of course.
