most p3 positions are by the hr.
I think a few years ago when I applied to a position that was salary, it was like $35,000 for part day? but not sure. I didn't take it.

Private or through an agency?
Doe pays privately $41.95 per hourly session for one student.
If you get an enhanced rate the doe pays $150-175 per hourly session for one student.
If you go through an agency, they are paying $60-75 per hour for enhanced cases. Regular cases many pay about $30 per hour.
