Dc 3 had been crying multiple times a night, grinding teeth terribly....
I looked with a light and didn't really see pinworm, but maybe I don't know what I'm seeing.... There were a few tiny white lines but they were 1/8 inch and were not moving
Dc definitely has eczema that s/he screams when I treat, so it's treated inconsistently and not healed , so can be bothered by that?

I called pediatrician and nurse said if I see it. I treat.

Would you treat with what I'm describing?

I'm inexperienced BH with pinworm

Dc comes into my/dh bed in middle of night! Should we be tested or just wash linen hot water?
What abt rest of my kids?

I would treat. Especially since it seems to have gotten worse over a full moon. One dose tonight, another tomorrow night. And then again 2 doses 24 hrs apart in 2 weeks over rosh chodesh.

Out of curiosity, what does it mean they don't let you treat his eczema?

Pediatrician office said to use reeses over the counter

Looking at other threads here, ppl say to use prescription, not OTC

Anyone want to weigh in?

Re the eczema, I'll edit my OP. It's DC who refused to let me put on cream or ointment and screams and screams
I can only do it when they wake up and cry because then they have less energy to fight me

I unfortunately have plenty of experience with pinworms. I treat with Reese's, even without seeing anything. I know that when my kids complains of itching late afternoon/ early evening and wiggle around a certain way that it's worms. Sometimes I will clean (the younger ones) and apply rash cream beforehand to see if it helps. If it does I know it's not pinworms.
Thankfully they seem to have it very infrequently as they get older.

Sadly lots of experience. You should treat.
And the white lines that are not moving are probably dead ones.
You can ask your doctor for a paddle test if you really want to make sure but I would definitely treat.
Regarding prescription, where do you live? It’s hard to get in the US.
