Not pastrami or kishka.

Don't have exact measurements.
Leftover challah (about small challah).
Remove crusts.
Tear into bite size pieces.
Add a little water.
Add an egg.
Saute diced onion and diced celery in oil
Add to mixture.
Add tsp. Salt (to taste), some pepper and dried parsley.
With hands knead ingredients together.
Stuff mixture under skin.

Sautéed onions , mushrooms and diced celery.
Add a box of crushed Tam Tam crackers pour chicken soup over it until crackers absorb the soup and become mushy . Add seasoning like salt , pepper and onion powder . Mix all the ingredients together . Stuff the capons with mixture and use a sauce equal amounts honey , ketchup and mustard (original recipe calls for mayo too but I stopped that ).
Bake covered for about 1 1/2 hours or so . Uncover and bake for another 15 min to half hour .
