Coming to the US for pesach and looking to rent our 2.5 bedroom apartment out it's in sanhrdria marchevet. Would do a swap if someone can lend us their van we would lend them our appartment

I need 7 seats. Yes it would be clean for pesach and the half bedroom has one bed I. Total there are 5 beds

You may have neighbors who would want to rent it for their family.
We lived in SM and did that...
But being good SM people we only charged to cover our rent and those utilities. If you can find a chutznik, you could make more
