Just because you are not living in Lakewood Township does not mean you will not get transportation.
Even if you live in the township you are also not guaranteed to get transportation.
When you know were you are going to move, it would be wise to speak to the neighbors and find out what form of transportation they get. Even if there kids do not go to your kids school it might be near or on the way so they can add him. A system might be already set up so you won't have to "reinvent the wheel".
Finding someone just to take your child is mazel, the best thing is to find someone who lives near you and is looking for another income. It is not easy to find someone who will just drive out for you.

If you know which school you're sending to and from where and you can advertise early (by June) it will probably be easier.
If you don't have a school or don't have an address and therefore don't start advertise until mid-August, it will definitely be more challenging.
