Maybe call a friend of yours in a slightly larger oot city with more girls like your dd and ask for the name of her schools sem advisor. Call her up and see of she's willing to give some of her time to tell you your options.

I know of a woman who is a high school israel guidance counselor who consults privately for girls who live in places without. Please PM me for her name I’d you’d be interested in having her help when the time comes.

I would let you know from myself working in a girls high school, that darchei binah is still on the academic spectrum and will want their students to be very comfortable in at least chumash and rashi. Please try to get her tutoring in that so that part won’t be a part of the issue when looking. Hatzlacha!
