When does everyone start wearing summer clothes? Pesach time already or that’s still winter?

When it’s hot
Edit- but pesach I would put in short sleeves tops and dresses with a jumper and long trousers instead of shorts, rompers with tights ect
Winter clothing gets boring.

I’m seeing a mix, some pesach already and some still winter. Personally it’s just too cold for me still!
