I’ll be going to NYC from OOT.

I’d love delicious salads and pancakes and muffins, and not too crowded eating area!

This is not in nyc it’s in Brooklyn right over the Brooklyn bridge, but definitely worth the extra 10 minutes drive. Bass and Bourbon!! I’m drooling just by writing the the name Cheers

Le Marais has a fabulous brunch on Sundays
Milk and Honey every day, though not as high end
Both very centrally located

Patis has a location on UES too. Times Square location is huge and has plenty of eating space indoor and outdoor.
