Bushkill Falls, or anywhere in the Poconos - there are a lot of free hikes as well so you don't have to pay unless you go to Bushkill Falls that one they charge for, New Hampshire, Cape May, The Jersey Shore.

Washington - the Smithsonian, are free museums if your into that. As sell as free busing.

You really should post what price range you are looking for. Everyone thinks differently. are you looking for a nice hotel and free activities? Cheaper hotel but able to eat out?
