We've never done this before, but I'm really hoping to have this work out. I'd like to do a girls-only two day getaway with my girls to sunny Florida. Just me, DD16, and DD12 (and DD1).

I figured we can just hang out at the beach, chill, and eat out. Perhaps a small trip too. We will not have access to a car but can uber.

Any suggestions?

I was also thinking of a little souvenir, personalized or not. And maybe a fun game and movie. Any suggestions?

Sounds like fun. There are numerous florida threads on here, you can search through them.

You can stay in Florida Kosher Villas, most of their villas have pools which you can chill in.

There are endless kosher eating out options

Memorable for you or for them?
I have a slew of girls and have done these trips with and without dh.
First thing- what do the girls like to do? For each child, pick an activity they actually enjoy and look forward to. Schedule that in first. You can do one for yourself if they will enjoy as well.
The most important thing is to spend the time together.
Don't forget to take pics to remind yourself of the memories.
Look for the laughter in the experience.

My mother is doing this with me and my baby this summer just the 3 of us LOL

Were not going to do much... stay in Miami, go to the beach, go out to eat... rest! Im excited Smile

you can plan to make a scrapbook after
take pix and get little stickers trinkets etc to put in it
shop with that goal and activity in mind if it is fun for you all and doesn't take you out of the present moment
get everyone little FL journals to write in, even just what you did that day
it is great to look at years later
makes for a holistic multi textured experience
at dinner you can go around and each name a highlight of the day, a funny thing, something you are each grateful for etc....
otherwise just relax and
enjoy!!!!
