I need something really inexpensive with free shipping. Very tight budget and I don’t want ti spend on shipping.
It is an obligatory gift, think a non-frum second cousin who you haven’t seen in 10 years and didn’t send you gifts, but as the token frum relative you need to make a kiddush Hashem and be thoughtful and gracious.

Not sure how much you want to spend.
But if you can do around 20-25 I think you can get a personalized baby doll/bear and that looks very nice.
