Kind of my fault for not pushing more, but the final decision on the schedule was still evolving... I guess I should have tried harder to find a designer and let them start, fine-tuning the schedule afterwards. (I did try 3 people I know, all too busy)
So, is there any chance I can find a graphic designer today? Like to do this right after Shabbos? Because needs to be emailed and possibly even printed and mailed on Monday, it's for a week from Sunday (March 26)...
Or, if I could find a good template (doesn't have to be free, though that would be nice) I guess I can do it myself, I do know a bit about graphics ...

Try canva.com Its a software that has deisgn templates but super easy to customize.
