I am having a flare-up of what I recently realized is ARFID, and am panicking thinking of Pesach stringencies. Seriously just panicking about how to have prepared things that I can/will eat. We also live OOT, so buying things for Pesach can be a bit tricky.
Please give me your best, easiest Pesach nosh and meal ideas!!!
