Hi, this is my first time making pesach!
I live in a small apartment, I have 2 kids under 4.
Please share all your best tips and advice for a first timer!
Primarily, what is your best way to cover countertops? Looking for just a one time option, we will be moving apartments by next year.
Thank you!!!

Linoleum (vinyl floor covering) remnants. You can cut to size with scissors. If I knew for a fact I'd be elsewhere next year, I'd just use a double layer of heavy-duty aluminum foil.

If you are moving, foil is the cheapest, fastest option. Use heavy duty, 2 layers. Bonus, the kids can use it to make stuff after Pesach
