There are lots of things that work for almost everyone, for the short term.
But they almost always cause you to gain it all right back, plus a few bonus pounds, when you finish the pills/food plan/injections.
So if it's worth being heavier next year, in exchange for losing 20lb for a few weeks, you can use one of the million diets, pills, or tricks. Otherwise it might be worth paying extra for tailored, well-fitting clothing and working on eating more nutritious food so you're healthy at whatever size you're at now.

Don't buy something from Amazon. Work with a certified nutritionist and just eat real food, portion controlled.
There's nothing magic on Amazon that will lose weight for you.
