Got this link from one of the frum sites - I think Ali Specials? Where can I find info on return policy, I'm not seeing it but I'm also not great at looking? Also can anyone figure out how the sizing runs? I don't know what true to size means even if it is true to size because lately every brand has been so different - my kid is 12 years old but generally wears 14-16 even though she's petite because all the frum dresses/skirts are cut too short. But this looks long. If it were Amazon I'd order a few and figure it out but I can't find the return policy so that doesn't seem like a great idea if I might get stuck with it all. Help?

Unless it specifically says free returns, then it isn't. And it will probably cost quite a bit to ship back to China, if the seller even accepts the return

It’s impossible to return or get refunds with Ali. I only buy things that I’m ok losing the money if it doesn’t work out.

If it says free return, do we still have to pay for shipping?

Alispecials is free returns afaik.
They should have a size chart with measurements for each item.

I ordered from Ali specials and it’s taking so long to come. The Ali picks stuff came way quicker. And I tried ordering from Ali vibes but turns out a lot of their stuff is preorder

Under "service" it will say free returns. It also usually says it in green on the main page under the pic. Not many items have free returns. And sometimes items have it and if too many people return they end it.

Different products... AliSpecials and AliPicks have their own lines and sell everything- women, men, kids, etc.
AliVibes sells what they sell in the local stores, but on presale. Only kids stuff.

I had to pay a fortune on return shipping because it had to be with tracking which costs extra.
The whole process, hassle and expense was not worth it.
I now only buy cheap household items etc or clothing that others have bought successfully.
Like this, I know in advance what I am in for, regarding fit and quality.

The free returns are a scam. You need to pay for the label yourself. Go by the measurement chart.

When something doesn’t work example size too big/small. Send photo of person wearing it and request refund only. Many times sellers will approve your request if they receive a clear photo of the item not looking good on person. But yes when shopping on Ali, a must to check size chart and measure. Everything runs differently.
