I’m looking for a menu that’s somewhat healthy but also kid friendly. Hit me up with your best ideas. Don’t need recipes per se but ideas would be great. Thanks!

Let start with what the kids like to eat
Are they picky will they only eat hotdogs frenchFries chicken nuggets, because if that’s the case then they won’t be happy no matter what you make. Faux foods never taste the same as the original

Will they eat salmon, pargiyot, grilled chicken, minute steaks

Chicken soup with "noodles"
Spaghetti squash in tomato sauce
Roasted sweet potato
Cream of chicken soup
Cowboy steak
Salad

These are things my kids like lol ymmv

Thanks! No bh they like meat and some chickens. I think I’m more concerned about sides. My kids like deli roll, noodles etc.
