Did anyone toilet train by leaving your child exposed without a diaper, underpants or pant?

I heard it's the easiest way for them to realize the difference without a diaper.

Apparently they keep it in until you prompt them to use the potty or toilet or wait for them to ask.

Am I making sense?

Yes it’s the best way. You can use a large tshirt so that they are covered a bit.

Will the floor get soiled many times in the process?

Floor might get wet prob won't get dirty they usually hold that in

That's what I do with my kids. Yes there are accidents but that's a part of the process

I try to entertain them on an easy to clean floor. Basically not carpet. It’s usually easy to clean up if you do it right away.

We tried this method, was a total mess and fail.
We ended up just going out in underwear and that worked. Good luck
