I was trying to figure out what to do with random odds and ends before Pesach.
I came out with a yummy recipe I want to share.
Chopped meat (I tube)
Cube of frozen sauteed onion
Feozen Garlic cube
Brown rice
Spices
I put the frozen onion and garlic in a pan, and added the ground beef. I kept breaking it up and cooked until it was no longer pink. I added salt, black pepper and a bit of cayenne pepper.
Meanwhile in a separate pot, I put some brown rice (about3/4 cup) with a lot of water, a bit of salt and olive oil.
When the brown rice is done, drain any leftover water and dump the rice into the ground meat. Mix.
I chopped up one scallion and sprinkled it on top.
It was soo good.

Bonus points of you can incorporate bread crumbs or other chometz.
