I don't have one. I would just wing it. Put it all in a roaster with some sautéed onions, salt n pepper, maybe a little wine or oj, some honey if you use, a little olive oil, mix well and bake covered until soft?

One of our favorite recipes year round that just needs minor tweaks for pesaxh-
Chunks of potato and sweet potato in the bottom of the pan. Then chicken legs. Then veggies if you want. The duck sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, soy sauce- on pesach use balsamic vinegar and salt instead. Cook low and slow.
