I bought something called Shabbos Meat
I asked what it is and they told me it’s thick strips of 2nd cut brisket
Can I cook this like boneless Flanken
I need a good recipe

Can I use it as a main meat entree
Can it be used similar to boneless Flanken

Need a recipe | You can probably cook it like chuck. Lots of onions, potatoes, carrots, low and slow.
