Dd will be in seminary on the Neve campus this coming year. Any guidance as to where she can go to buy gluten free that's not oo far away? We're pretty machmir on hashgachos. Thanks!

Most grocery stores have a gluten free section. There is Osher Ad that has a good selection of frozen breads and doughs. They also have a gluten free section, I don’t know about that branch, though.
Rami Levi is also nearby. It probably has a selection, I just never checked.
Any health food store should have.
Will she have any cooking facilities?

Gluless - General Pierre Koenig St 2, Jerusalem, Israel

In case she ever ends up around there - it's a good shop Smile

There's a branch in the shuk, which is a lot closer to Har Nof. I've never checked what hashgachas they carry.

Also I know she is not the first student there with celiac (or other food sensitivities). Ask the staff if there are any accommodations available.

There's a health food shop on Kanfei Nesharim, called Nitzat haDuvdevan. They almost certainly carry a good range of gluten free items.

The Neve kitchen is not exactly known for their food accomodations, to say the least

There are people who sell in their house, and will deliver...
Whole bake shop,
Leahs Munchies
Gluten Free Goodies

https://thejerusalembutler.com.....rink/

A lot of restaurants will tell you that everything has "chashash gluten" aka may contain traces, because they cannot take responsibility. but many places have gluten free options...

Big apple pizza right on the corner of kanfei nesharim has GF pizza

My dd was there last year and there was a good gluten free store in Har Nof that had all kinds of options! She loved it. Good hechsherim and lots of products you can’t get in America.
