Take everything out
Fill bathtub with a few in of warm water and ammonia like soap
Lay a towel in bath so you won't hurt your bathtub
Lay towels all over floor near bathroom
Remove each drawer/ shelf carefully (note where they belong) and give them baths a few at a time.
Most of the gook will come right off
Use sponge if needed for extra gook
Spray off and put on towel to dry
When all is out and drying, clean inside of fridge
Put things back.tada!

Wow that's a lot of work. Why is there so much gunk?? Is it a very old fridge?
My cleaning help wipes down the fridge shelves every week with a damp cloth. There's no gunk ever.
There's no major cleaning it for Pesach here. I certainly don't remove any shelves. A wipe down is enough to get rid of any chometz.

We needed a new fridge last month and DH has been super paranoid about keeping it immaculate lol. This is going to be the easiest cleaning ever.
