Im looking for specifics on Countertop Ovens and the websites of many of the companies I looked for (Hamilton Beach, etc) arent clear with the details I want.

I used to be able to call these companies. No more. Now you have to email. Its not the same.

I guess all the companies are downsizing.

I have the option of ordering on Amazon and returning. Its a pain.
