If they start a new school after Shevous would you even think of sending there?

Is there a similar situation with boys schools too? Asking as we are looking to possibly relocate to Lakewood area and have only boys.

Boys high schools are a whole different experience than girls.
Girls high schools there are only 10 or so schools, there are literally no seats.
But within each school, each grade, there's a variety of types and abilities that usually each girl is able to find her friends, her community.

Boys is the opposite. There are around 50 Mesivtas. But each one has only 25-40 boys per class and only 1 class. It means each Mesivta is way more homogeneous and finding the exact right place is way more important. A boy who's way smarter or way less smart, more yeshivish or less yeshivish than the rest of his class will stick out and have a very hard time.
There are spots available (at least in the Litvish places) but you do need someone like R Binyomin Strauss to help find a good fit.

If I recall correctly, you've mentioned before that your boys are little. If you're asking about elementary school, yes it can be extremely difficult to find one with space, especially if you want them all together in the same yeshiva.
