That will check veggies for me and is reliable
I live in South Florida
How do I go about finding/hiring a person to do this
I would be buying large amounts on a weekly basis
Or- maybe I just don’t know of them
Where can I find pre- checked
Kale
Spinach
Fresh broccoli
Collards
Herbs
Bok Choy
Basically greens that are not just romaine
I once bought pre-checked romaine from a KOSHER supermarket it came infested crawling seen with the naked eye after I took off the top leaf from the package
I bought from a catering company that has a mashgicha on staff. Bugs were crawling
I actually put a leaf in a baggie in the fridge and after 3 days the bugs were still crawling

Someone I know used to hire a mashgiach from our local kashrus organization to check all her veggies. She called their office and asked for a name.

Get the number for the Shaffren family. He works in kashrus and they, as a family - with some trained assistants, sell checked lettuce weekly. You can ask them if one of them, or someone on their staff, can be hired privately.

Someone in Miami Beach has a business checking lettuce and herbs. Perhaps more items and I just don’t know. Maybe they would do it for you if you order regularly. I believe they deliver to NMB. Please pm me for contact info. Hatzlacha!

Check your local stores for hydroponically grown items. Bowery, for example, is sold with a hechsher but may be available in the general market.
